If you experience a technical issue such as a corrupted file or a problem accessing your purchase, contact us and we will provide a working replacement. Course purchases and subscription memberships are also non refundable. If you cancel a subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Our products are digital and delivered electronically, so refunds are limited. All digital audio files, downloads, guided sessions, hypnosis material, and any online content delivered through Psiion.com or by email are non refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded. Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales of audio tracks and online materials are considered final.
If you believe you were charged more than once or charged in error, let us know right away and we will review the situation and correct any mistakes. If you suspect an unauthorized purchase, contact your payment provider first and then reach out to us so we can assist once their process is underway.
